Our goal is to empower you and contribute to your success.
CREATE LEADERS
FLAME intends on recruiting the best leaders who will work together and make their time and resources available to contribute to the success of Female startup and small businesses that, in turn, will positively impact their communities and families in a sustaining manner. FLAME members will join committees, facilitate investor introductions, influence policies and organize community improvement programs to empower women of color to start, grow and succeed at home, the workplace and in their neighborhoods.
TEACH BUSINESS AND JOB SKILLS
FLAME will be able to tap its vast network to seek qualified professionals as well to conduct such training and coaching for Women-Owned Businesses and Startups (WOBS). FLAME will also open its offices to WOBS and maintain mentor/coach office hours to encourage one-on-one sessions for participants/clients. As its facilities expands, FLAME may provide co-work, office and training space incorporating computer labs, broadband connectivity, printing and presentation resources.
BUSINESS APPLICATIONS SUBSCRIPTION AND SUPPORT
FLAME will offer many such apps on its Website constituting a cloud-based solution that’s affordable and easily accessible. In fact, FLAME clients (those who receive our loans and/or pays for advanced coaching) will be required to subscribe to these apps so that FLAME mentors, coaches and trainers can compile progress metrics and properly adjust their programs and assistance to WOBS for achieving greater efficiency and success.
FINANCIAL LITERACY AND CAPACITY BUILDING
Financial literacy will therefore be taught by FLAME to all women and their family members to act in unison and build together for their future. As such, clients who are not yet in business will be trained and guided to start and manage their savings to the point of building their credit and financial capacity to increase the odds of their starting a business or just maintaining a financially healthy household.
SOCIAL CAPITAL AND GROW
Building a presence in online social networks is a power way to also network, grow influence and connect with a global community of peers and experts. FLAME will not only maintain and expand a presence in virtual social networks, it will also teach its members to navigate the online social realm for personal, professional and business growth. Upon doing so, members will have more influence and greater resources at their disposal to assist and empower other female entrepreneurs and colleagues.
GRANTS, SCHOLARSHIPS, AND ANCILLARY RESOURCES
Along with training and mentoring our members and clients, FLAME plans to give GRANTS to startups or small businesses of women entrepreneurs who would otherwise not be able to access traditional bank or angel funding. FLAME financing is not dependent on negative factors, no credit, or poor credit history. Applications for such funds will be streamlined and just-in-time, allowing FLAME’s customers to capitalize on both immediate and near-term opportunities.
